Attach Documents

Attach all required documents as listed below. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Originals must be produced at the time of admission.

Confirmation & Joining

Upon verification and seat allotment, you will receive a confirmation. Pay the fees and collect your joining kit to begin the academic year.

Ensure you have all the following documents ready at the time of admission. All documents must be attested copies; originals must be brought for verification.

10th Standard Marks Card (SSLC)

Domicile Certificate / 10+2 (PUC) Marks Card

Transfer Certificate (TC) from Previous Institution

Migration Certificate (if applicable)

Eligibility Certificate for B.Sc Nursing (from INC / University)

Physical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Officer

General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)	10+2 with PCB — minimum 40% marks. Age 17–35.	3 Years + 6 Months Internship
PBBSc Nursing	GNM Diploma + 1 year experience. Min 45% in GNM.	2 Years
DMLT	10+2 with PCB — minimum 45% marks.	3 Years (2 + 1 internship)
BMLT – Bachelor of Medical Lab Technology	10+2 with PCB minimum 45% marks.	3 Years
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)	10+2 with PCB — minimum 50%. Age 17+.	4 Years + 6 Months Internship
Diploma in Health Inspector (DHI)	10+2 with PCB minimum 45% marks.	2 Years

PCB = Physics, Chemistry, Biology. All programs are subject to seat availability and regulatory norms.
